What should I do if my bike punctured ?
On Ré Island you are never far from a Cycland shop where you can have your bike repaired.
You can also contact the nearest shop by phone, you shall find all the contact numbers on the back of the rental contract.
What if my electric bike breaks down?
On Ré Island you are never far from a Cycland shop where you can have your bike repaired.
You can also call the shop nearest to your breakdown location.

What shall I do in case of an accident?
1- Protect the accident area,
2- Cover the victim so that he/she is not cold,
3- Call for help:
112: Emergency number for all mobile phones
18: Fire brigade
15: Ambulance (SAMU)
4 – Specify the health condition of the victim and the place of the accident by using the markers on the ground every 200m. E.g.: LB1810 (letters = the town where you are and numbers = location)
5- Remain at the disposal of the rescue team for any further information.

What should I do if my rental bike is stolen?
I shall file a complaint at the police station, and I shall inform my rental company in order to settle the situation as soon as possible.
What happens if my bike is damaged during the rental period?
Any damage to the vehicle will be charged to the hirer.
– The hirer is responsible for the regular maintenance of the bike.
